Past and Present

1994 První energetická a.s. was founded at the first general meeting on 13 December 1994 and on 3 February 1995 it was registered in the Companies Register in Prague 6 – Dejvice. PEAS operates electronic business portal E-Broker which automatically matches offers and demands (at present the only portal of its kind in the Czech market). 2005 On 18 February 2005 the shareholder structure changed and under the Agreement on the Transfer of Securities Daniel Køetínský became the new company’s shareholder. As of 31 December 2005 J&T FINANCE GROUP, a.s. was the sole shareholder of První energetická a.s. 2006 The company starts to implement the new owner’s strategy and to adjust the company’s processes. 2009 První energetická a.s. becomes part of the Energetický a prùmyslový hodling and fulfills the role of the only power trading house of the group.
