- The ENERGETICKÝ A PRŮMYSLOVÝ HOLDING group includes more than 20 companies operating in electricity and heat generation, electricity trading, electrical installation work and other related disciplines. The group also includes a bus manufacturer and food processing industry companies.
- For 2008, total consolidated EBITDA of the companies in the group exceeded CZK 4.3 billion. The group companies currently employ some 6,000 people and in 2008 generated sales totalling more than CZK 30 billion in aggregate.
- In the energy sector, the group has gained an important position on the Czech market: between them, Plzeňská energetika's and United Energy's plants have a total of 330 MWe in electrical capacity and 1,430 MWt in heat generation capacity.
- ENERGETICKÝ A PRŮMYSLOVÝ HOLDING put in place its final shareholding structure in October 2009, when it also started its operations.
